About these terms
This website is operated for central Body Tech services by Body Tech Fitness Ltd (company number 08337943), registered at Office 16, Egerton House, Tower Road, Birkenhead, CH41 1FN. A particular club, membership, booking or offer may be supplied by another Body Tech operating company identified in the relevant journey.
These are website-use terms. They do not replace membership, booking, trial, cancellation or payment terms shown by the club or provider when you buy or book. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Using the website
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes to learn about Body Tech, contact a club and follow approved membership or booking routes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overwhelm an endpoint, submit false information or use content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Enquiries, leads and presale forms
A submitted form is a request for contact or information. It does not by itself form a membership contract, reserve capacity, guarantee eligibility, subscribe a mobile number to SMS, or guarantee that an offer remains available. We may need to verify details and confirm the responsible club before acting.
Email and SMS marketing choices are separate. How we handle form and marketing data is explained in our privacy notice.
Memberships, bookings and payments
Registration, membership and payment routes may be provided by ClubRight. GirlCode and other eligible booking journeys may be provided by Glofox. Those services have their own terms and privacy information, which you should read before completing a purchase or booking.
Prices, opening information, facilities, availability and offer conditions can change. The definitive price and binding terms are those presented and accepted in the relevant checkout or booking journey. If website copy conflicts with that journey, stop and ask the club to confirm before purchasing.
Information and fitness decisions
We aim to keep website information accurate, but general content is not medical, fitness, financial or legal advice. Consider your own circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice before starting a new exercise programme if needed.
Intellectual property
Body Tech or its licensors own the website design, copy, photographs, trade marks and other protected content unless stated otherwise. You may view and make a personal copy for ordinary use, but you may not republish, sell, scrape at scale or exploit the content commercially without permission.
Availability and external services
We may change, suspend or withdraw website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Links to ClubRight, Glofox, Meta or another third-party service are provided for convenience; that provider controls its own service and is responsible for its availability and terms.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of the website, events outside our reasonable control, or a third-party service we do not operate.
