About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day digital marketing across the portfolio. The role blends creativity, technical implementation, and data-driven optimisation — spanning Meta Ads, automated email flows, SMS retargeting, and on-brand visual design. You’ll ensure each channel delivers measurable performance and consistent brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns — awareness, lead generation, and retargeting.
- Implement Conversion API and pixel events; maintain accurate attribution across websites and CRMs.
- Manage Mailchimp and Voodoo for automated flows and broadcast campaigns.
- Segment and upload audience data (expired members, partial sign-ups, inactive users) exported from CRM.
- Extract, clean, and manage CSV datasets from gym and e-commerce CRMs for advanced retargeting.
- Produce on-brand visuals with Canva / Adobe Suite; maintain web content across sites.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports across Meta, Mailchimp, Voodoo, and Google Analytics.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, incl. pixel/CAPI setup and advanced targeting.
- Proven experience with email automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with SMS marketing (Voodoo or similar).
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva essential; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
- Competent in web editing (Shopify, WordPress, or Squarespace).
- Analytical with creative flair — able to turn insights into design and messaging decisions.
Desirable
- Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with Meta CAPI 2.0 and Shopify Pixel setup.
- Knowledge of influencer collaborations and UGC workflows.
- Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro).
